Horizontal screens BI ROL

Size separation from 0,2 to 100 mm.

Deck areas ranging from 0,9 to 18 m˛ with 1 to 3 decks. These screens are used for dry or wet screening but their shape makes them specially adapted for the following operations:

- slurry treatment (filtration),
- draining

High acceleration horizontal screen TRIROL

The screen is horizontal with a 3 synchronised shaft mechanism giving to this new type of screen an inclined elliptic stroke. The amplitude and the angle of the stroke can be modified and set according to the material to be screened.

This new generation of screen with high acceleration presents outstanding results: the dimensions are reduced by 20 to 50% as compared to traditional screens. It is especially efficient for wet and rather big size products.

The machine is of course designed and built with the well known sturdiness and reliability of the CHAUVIN’s products.
